Here is another homebrewer, and a previous submitter, who took the Cap Label and ran with it.  I love the Chili lable, very creative:

I took the inspiration from your March 1 post about the cap labels.  I love the idea and I'm using it on everything I brew.  Attached are pics of the cap labels for my chili beer and my dry hopped cream ale.

I found packs of 1,008 3/4 inch round labels at Office Depot for less than $7.  Download the template, fill in the circles, and print.
