Another From Adam

(I apologize, I forgot to post this as soon as he sent it.  Still great stuff.)

My latest beer was inspired by World War One intrigue. Ever since I saw organic agave nectar at Trader Joe's, I've been trying to think of a way to incorporate it into a beer. With the weather turning warmer I was thinking of brewing a standard American Wheat beer when I thought of the agave nectar again and it struck me! I used Bavarian yeast, noble hops, agave instead of honey, and rice flakes instead of oats. The inspiration was the Zimmerman Telegram (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zimmermann_Telegram) which was the German Empire's diplomatic attempt to draw Mexico and Japan into WWI against the United States.

I call the beer "Zimmerman Decoded", it's an Axis of Evil in a bottle.

I've attached two more images to the email that are labels for my chili beer. I use to call it Loco Gringo until my wife requested it for her 40th birthday. I changed it to "Hot @ Forty." You can see from the cap labels I sent you that I pulled the chili graphic out to print onto the 3/4 inch rounds.
